Shipping, Returns and Refunds

SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUND 

 

Shipping:

 Equalitee offers Pan India shipping and to many locations globally.

We always do our best to ensure timely delivery of your order, however, we do not ship on the weekend and national holidays.

Purchased items will ship from Delhi within 2–4 business days, unless otherwise noted. Our primary method of shipping within India is via SpeedPost by IndiaPost  After leaving our studio, IndiaPost will typically deliver your order within 2–7 business days. You will receive an email notification containing tracking information once your order has shipped.

For global shipping we use multiple partners for shipping via air.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

 

There will be no refund of orders once delivered.

Due to the sensitive nature of our products as they are used by children, we need to maintain optimum hygiene and hence we cannot accept returns for apparel and toys. 

With that being said, we want you to be happy with every purchase and will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. 

Equalitee will offer a replacement or a refund in certain circumstances. In case of an incorrect size of apparel being delivered, you can request exchange of your item, within 7 days of receipt, with another piece of the same design & colour in the originally bought age group.

Order Issues:

If you experience any problems with your order (did not receive it, it isn't what you were expecting, etc.) please contact us so that we can make good.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to let us know. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 72 hours of order delivery.
